Why was GLAM™ created?

GLAM™ is a program designed to create interest in careers in manufacturing amongst the next generation of women in the workforce.

GLAM™ offers an array of activities from mentorship programs, to hands-on activity fairs designed to give female students an opportunity to meaningfully connect with women who work in various sectors of the manufacturing industry, and deepen their understanding of the types of opportunities that exist in manufacturing.
